Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This is way overdue, and you know it. The US is now falling way behind in the bitcoin space. Americans are generally sophisticated investors and they’ve been bombarded in the media with the risks of bitcoin so no one will invest blind.
