Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in New York and have GBTC in my IRA account, because it is not a Spot ETF, it has high fees and is trading at a deep discount to native Bitcoin. This is hurting small investors like me who are managing their retirement years. Grayscale has a long and reputable history, please approve GBTC. Sincerely, Carlo Colatosti
