Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States… Many reasonable investors have viewed Bitcoin as a burgeoning investment asset, and have allocated portions of their portfolios to investment products like GBTC… GBTC has been one of the very few reputable investment products over the last several years available for retirement accounts to gain exposure to this new asset class. By allowing GBTC to convert their existing Bitcoin backed fund to a Spot BTC ETF you would be helping current investors, not harming them. While also providing a stronger and even more legitimate regulated investment product for new investors. Sincerely, (actual GBTC investor)
