Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. We as investors want a Bitcoin ETF. How come there are ETF’s of the most random and risky industries but not of a simple SPOT Bitcoin ETF. Please consider this as i’m definitely sure most US citizens are more than happy to have a Bitcoin ETF.
