Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I currently reside in CO and am an active Crypto investor. I pay my taxes on all gains and want to be able to invest my retirement accounts, etc into a crypto spot ETF. Please approve Grayscale's conversion from a trust to an ETF, as BTC deserves a spot ETF instrument. Sincerely, Chris Losacco
