Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I currently live in Texas and believe that blockchain technology is going to revolutionize how we do business for years to come. As a bearer asset, the “new gold” in my mind - I am a long term holder of bitcoin and have invested with Grayscale in the past. I would like the US to lead the world when it comes to crypto currencies and am asking for your strong consideration to convert the Bitcoin Trust into the 1st Spot bitcoin ETF.
