Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please approve for a spot etf as this would reflect the price of the actual Bitcoin and not some manipulated value by some that very few that is being represented now on gbtc!
