Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Virginia and I’m very eager to see GBTC converted to an ETF. Ever since the announcement of other Bitcoin ETFs in Canada the Grayscale bitcoin trust fund dropped in price and started to trade at a discount wiping out the unrealized gains investors had. Bitcoin needs to be recognized as an asset like any other asset that’s available today. The fact that it’s digital and internet native should not turn us away from its potential.
