Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It’s imperative that US investors have the ability to gain exposure to Bitcoin without the need to self-custody, as well as be able to own it in their retirement accounts, without having to pay a management fee or worry about whether it is tracking underlying price or not. Bitcoin has proven to be the best performing asset of the last decade, is extremely liquid and has matured greatly overtime. Grayscale have also proven to be the leaders in the space and have put a lot of time and money into it. Sincerely, Alonso
