Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Investors in Florida as well as the country should be able to buy spot bitcoin via an ETF as they do in other countries. You are doing no one any favors by only allowing synthetic ETF’s based on futures. Sincerely, David Kaye
