Dear SEC, Thank you for allowing public comment! I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please let us be competitive...other countries are getting an unfair advantage as we sit and wait. I'm from California and I'd love for GBTC to be converted to an ETF. Sincerely, Chris Landon
