As a long-time shareholder of GBTC, it seems obvious to me that the conversion from trust structure to ETF is in the best interest of the investing public. Fidelity even has grown inpatient and gone abroad. The Fidelity Physical Bitcoin ETP (FBTC) is listed on the Deutsche Boerse and Frankfurt Stock Exchange with a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.75%. The U.S, should be a leader and not a follower in this space. I urge you to approve the proposal to convert GBTC to an ETF for the protection of large and small investor alike.
