Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is difficult for me to understand how the United States does not have a spot ETF at this point when numerous countries around the world have them. It is completely unacceptable. GBTC has a 6 year track record of securing the fund’s assets and should be the very first spot ETF. Sincerely, William Wall.
