Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Your private approval of a futures ETF on bitcoin actually encourages consumers to enter into a much more riskier and fee based investment. You’re not serving the general public with your decision.
