Good morning, I believe GBTC should be allowed to convert to an ETF. Bitcoin is an incredibly important financial asset for many Americans. The strength of the asset is dulled due to the complexity of the GBTC's current structure and doesn't accurately reflect the value of Bitcoin. The current structure also causes the management fee to be much higher than necessary. Other countries have already approved similar exchange traded products, allowing their citizens access to Bitcoin at much more affordable prices. Please do the right thing and allow theis conversion.
