Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I’m a holder of GBTC and I consider it the safest option for me to invest in digital assets. I’m really frustrated that it is trading at a discount since there are no redemptions. I hope you really consider this because as investors we want a Bitcoin ETF from grayscale which, at least for me, has been very trustworthy. I’m very involved in the crypto industry and have been for 4 years. Even so, I really consider this option to be fundamental for me because I don’t want to have to custody all my funds and having an ETF in the brokerage account that is truly backed by BTC (not futures contracts) is what I want.
