I believe that the U.S. regulators concerns with a Bitcoin ETF have at this time been adequately addressed thought the continued maturation of the Bitcoin trading markets to approve a regulated Bitcoin ETF. I believe that approval of regulated Bitcoin ETF's are appropriate at this time and will help further the development, security and liquidity of the Bitcoin market. Patrick Neal
