Many excellent arguments have been presented time and time again as to why these products do not deserve the SEC's stamp of approval at this time. And a thousand (very weak/ hilarious) responses have been presented to your prior requests for comments to such products. You have your facts, and in all honesty, this process seems like an act which is designed to appease the Big Banks. So go ahead and give it your approval. It is sad to see what such a fine institution such as the SEC is becoming...……. Get it over with. ~Adam Malkin
