Hi, I think this issue is giving unnecessary press to a product that benefits the very few and has no real value. There are a lot more products out there which the SEC should be focussing on and deserves much more press time. But saying this I say to save us all a lot of time drama and more 'crypto-pop's/ mom's' coming out of the woodwork to defend it (God knows why?) and give the institutions what they want. Grant the ETP. Let the masses believe they have got what they need (and will be let down by) when they already have something authentic. We have gone from a Democracy to Demagoguery anyway. Let the Demagogues build their careers and empires on waste. Bests, Chris
