I have read the SR-NYSEArca-2016-176 proposed rule change. I have found Coinbase and GDAX to be competent and reputable vendors, custodians and service providers. I have invested through both platforms and have found both to be reliable and accessible. Of the many platforms that I have used, or have considered using, both domestic and international, Coinbase and GDAX are the platforms that I most trust. I have transacted with both and use both as a custodian of assets.
I urge the SEC and other organization to seriously consider the rule chaange and urge the SEC to rule favorably.
