I urge the committee to consider the commentary concerns with SR-BatsBZX-2016-30 that is also a Bitcoin ETF proposal. Many of the questions overlap such as the risks the underlying asset in regards to the technology as well as the concerns about existing global market exchanges as far as manipulation and fairness of market. This SolidX fund is indexing several exchanges including Bitfinex and Okcoin that many have expressed concerns about and that are not audited or governed by fair and transparent business practices. Even though some commentators on this proposal expressed thoughts that SolidX's ETF would give investors safe exposure to this new asset by reducing security risk of holding the bitcoins, investors still will bear the many risks of the bitcoin ecosystem itself.
