MNR Executions appreciates the opportunity to comment on the NYSE Arca proposal to amend Rule 6.72. MNR supports the NYSE Arca proposal to make the Penny Program permanent at 150 classes and echoes all of the sentiments in Dynamex's comment letter on the issue.
