I feel the proposed rule should not be implemented simply because it includes " Goldman, Sachs & Co." as a participant. Goldman, Sachs & Co. was recently found by a congressional committee to have been involved deceptive and potentially illegal practices.
I do not feel that Goldman, Sachs & Co. should be able to benefit from the proposed rule.
