August 22, 2022 We, as the citizens of this country, who are unequivocally the backbone of the economic system you oversee, are not being taken into consideration with an amendment such as this. If this were to pass, it only further places retail investors at a disadvantage that we should not be at in the first place. What happened to the idea of a fair market? Why should we, the majority, be given less opportunity to become successful investors when its the opposite that should be done? If this were to pass and decrease the already embarrassingly low percent of order routing to lit exchange, your stance will be clear on whos in your best interest. I can guarantee myself, and millions of common investors like me will no longer participate in this so called fair market. Your backbone will disappear. And youre nothing without that.
