We cannot keep allowing such a large percentage of market trades to be done off lit-exchanges and risk the abuse of off exchange trading and market manipulation through the usage of wholesalers and algorithmic trading. It is simply unethical to lie to the broader market what the real value of tradeable equities are in real time.
