To Whom It May concern, I am against this rule change as I fear it would allow for increased manipulation of stock prices. All orders from retail customers must go thru the Lit Exchanges and not to any Alternative systems. In order to have a more transparent and level playing field for retail investors all alternative systems should be banned for retail orders. Alternative trading systems should only be used between financial institutions that trade stocks between themselves and never contain any retail orders. Respectfully Lee Stewart
