CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. This is kind of a slap in the face to retail investors. You know these hedge funds are manipulating the market via dark pool exchange trading and you offer them extra money to execute trades the way they are supposed to be trading anyways. That’s like me offering my Son an extra $10 to do the dishes if he doesn’t throw half the dishes on the ground to break them as he’s doing them. Here’s how we as retail investors are reading this bill…“We know you are manipulating the market. Each time you don’t manipulate the market, we will give you a sticker!!” Here’s how we SHOULD be reading it. “We know you’re manipulating the market. We’re shutting you down and everyone compliant is going to prison.”
