I think this is a stupid rule an is designed to be against retail traders. If this rule is put threw it just proves how corrupt the system really is. This dosen't benefit retail in any way and allows for institutions to manipulate the stock market at any given moment. I as an investor am completely against this rule,please do not put it into effect.
