It has come to my knowledge that the SEC new appointee Dan Berkovitz has serious conflict of interests working with the SEC and in the participation of contributing towards any regulations of the governing body. It has been brought my knowledge that Dan Berkovitz has received payments from very controversial organisations such as Citadel, who are currently investigating them for unacceptable malpractices.
