This is a massive conflict of interest and should be disregarded immediately. The fact that the SEC believes they can pass this type of rule with no consequences is disgusting. The SEC appointed Genslers friend and colleague from CFTC, Dan Berkovitz, who has received payments from CITADEL, JPM, CITI, and ICE.
