I firmly object to this rule.

The whole point of a free market is that no one individual or group can control it as that leads to degradation of trust which leads to evacuation of capital from the market.

This rule appears to be a consolidation of power as a means of controlling outcomes caused by not enforcing existing rules which will likely result in growing distrust of both the market and the SEC.

It is imperative that the SEC enforce the existing rules to prevent fraud instead of creating new rules that grant itself more power over markets that should be self-guided by the participants, and facilitated by the equitable enforcement of the existing rules by the SEC.
