Where are the checks and balances in the system when such control is placed in the hands of only ONE person? Where are fairness and transparency when only one person has such power? The integrity of the USA stock market is currently questionable at best and to allow this rule is to ignore this serious issue. This proposed rule will allow corruption to flourish.
