I find it disturbing one man/woman can halt trading based on how they feel that day
Halting trading based on opinions sounds like CRIME against the retail investors
It looks like a get out of jail free card for anyone who made a bad play and is buddies with the board or chairman
Its my opinion if this rule is allowed to pass the markets will be rigged yet again in the favor of the ones who hold the most power in high positions this crime syndicate needs to be imprisoned under RICO if this passes and is implemented
