The stock market was set up as a free trade market to help individuals as well as businesses earn wealth. The individuals in mind were not just the 1%. As a retail investor I strongly oppose this rule as it is just another means for hedge funds and their friends on the exchange to make money destroy businesses and push the retail investor out of the market. Do what is right not what is best for the hedge funds the rich exchange people and the cheats.
