Allowing for the suspension of stocks like this proposal suggests is frankly absurd. If this proposal goes through, trading through Dark Pools may be allowed, but a free and fair trade on the NYSE will be restricted. This will be a death blow to the US Stock Market, and any illusion of a free and fair market will be gone if this proposal goes through.
Reconsider this proposal. It will destroy our markets.
