Dear Sir / Madam,
I am strongly opposed to this new rule change. I believe it works against retail investors and gives bad actors in the market further tools to manipulate the market in their favor. I will be very disappointed and lose faith in the SEC's ability to protect retail investors if this rule goes ahead.
