It seems that SEC is doing everything in its power to help Hedgefunds steal in broad day light and not just in dark pools..shameful that another government acronym seems to be crooked..this shows the rest of the world how NOT to trust the US..or maybe thats your agenda in the first place..at the end we will see the crap float no matter how you May call this rule SEC fire yourself
