This rule change is a blatant attack on retail investors. You are trying to maintain stability while undermining confidence in the US stock market. Why would people want to invest in a system that can be manipulated when not going the way of big money? Halt trading but still let dark pools manipulate the price. Is this a country for the people or for the powerful? This rule change should not be allowed through.
