I don't feel that this new ruling is fair to retail.
If this passes it will allow haulting for trading on any specific stock.
We saw how this affected retail in January 2021. Certain stocks were halted and affected retails relationship with the stock market. Do not pass this.
This will continue to hurt retails relationship with the market and you will lose interest to the market and people will continue to transfer to crypto. Do not pass this.
