This should not be allowed at all. \"In his or her opinion..\" is dangerous language and I don't believe that one person can determine what is in the best interest of the public. A free and fair market that doesn't have so many loop holes for the big players is what you all should be pushing for. If this passes I will start looking to remove my money from the market. It's already such an uneven playing field. Stop this nonsense
