Greetings,
I do not in any way support this rule change. SR-NYSE-2021-60 Rule 7.13, allows one person to have total control and have the ability to shut off trading at their sole discretion. This reeks of manipulation and needs to be removed from the registry.
Please remove this rule to prevent one person from having the untouchable power to suppress retail traders and prevent them from the natural gains of their current investments.
Delet SR-NYSE-2021-60 Rule 7.13
