This proposed rule will do nothing but allow the mass corruption in our markets to continue.
One person should not be allowed to decide when or when not a security can be traded. Did this not become apparent in January of 2021?
If you want to create a free and fair market start by enforcing the rules that are already in place, and once you do that you can think about creating new ones.
