This rule is incredibly unfair to retail investors. Stop protecting hedge funds for their illegal trading activities. They made their bed If this goes into effect Im pulling all of my money from the NYSE, THIS IS MARKET MANIPULATION This impacts all kinds of trading and is actual theft in regards to futures trading. Im disgusted with all these poorly formed rules that have been made lately. Demonstrates that the entire American stock market is corrupt and is disgusting. This absolutely should not be allowed.
