I believe this is a way to protect corrupt market makers and hedge funds. The stock market now has multiple millions of eyes watching. The person deciding to halt securities has been bought off , his wife had many large donations from citadel. The corruption will break the confidence of the US stock market which is at an all time low already. Please dont allow this rule to pass.
