I'm against this rule. I'm aware of volatility at the market and I don't want another person to decide when I have to stop trading. If you have to restrict from trading, do it for EVERYONE (+Dark Pools) or for no one. This just seems unfair for retail investors. One thing that needs to happen, to protect retail investors, is the regulation of marketmanipulation, not a halt of trading.
