I have very little trust left in the US stock markets. I have contemplated pulling all investments a few times because I have so little faith regarding makers and enforcement.
This rule increases opportunities for absue that is already suspected/rampant in dark pools.
This rule undermines our stock market and country. Why would anyone participate in a market that can be selectively turned off for some members?
This may not be the intent of this rule but it will be used that way.
If this rule is enacted, I have plans to pull all money from the US market in favor of another county/decentralized market where my money is protected and regulating bodies act in my interest.
(that's right, I feel safer with my retirement in crypto than I do in this casino you're 'running')
