As a retail investor I strongly oppose this as it is an obvious play for the 1% and impedes on the rights and fair trade ability of the average retail investor. The stock market was built on the belief of every person having the right to wealth and the ability to invest in their future and businesses. The hedge funds have dug a tremendous hole and are seeking the aid of their peers and counterparts at the exchange to cheat the system and the little guy. Please do not do what's best for the few and hurt the many but do what's right.
