I can not find the terms to oppose this rule change strongly enough. This rule change allowes self regulating organizations to freeze securities on the lit market at their discretion. They would then be free to use subversive and unregulated tactics in order to protect themselves from a bad position they put themselves in.
As a retail investor I can not look at this filing and believe in anyway that it will be used for my benefit or protection.
