As a retail investor, I vehemently oppose this filing. Having seen trading suspended by different brokerages in recent memory, an act that severely harmed my own financial interests, and with little to no action by SEC on my behalf or on the behalf of retail investors, there is no faith that these powers will be used as stated in the filing.
Instead, it is guaranteed that these powers will be used arbitrarily and in the favour of institutions caught in a bad play.
This will not create a \"level playing field\". This rule will be used to keep retail investors down and the big Wall Street boys up and you are well aware of that.
