Do not implement this egregious affront to the intelligence of the retail investor. The notion that this policy would be implemented to protect public interest is laughable. What evidence suggests we need our hands held when trading on the open market? This policy is designed to protect the needs of the few at the expense of the many. Again I repeat, DO NOT IMPLEMENT THIS EGREGIOUS AFFRONT TO THE INTELLIGENCE OF THE RETAIL INVESTOR
